Power Punch- Self Defense Program for Girls by Rajasthan Police Commiseration, Jaipur 18-25th Jan 2020: It was motivated by several instances of violence against women in the city, and as a part of the awareness program, Agrawal P.G. College in association with Police Commisionerate organized a seven days ‘Power Punch—A Self Defence Workshop’. The aim behind organizing the workshop, which was tag-lined as ‘look like a beauty and kick like a beast’ was in lieu of the situation of women in India, when it comes to their safety, and thus making girls/women mentally and physically ready for their self-defense. All the students and faculties showed their keen interest in the workshop and they were happy to learn the ways of self-defense. About 100 college girls participated in the workshop.
